The Challenge.

Desperate Enterprises came to Moonlight with a hand-developed website hosted on on-site servers managed by the previous owner. It was not certified to handle payment information, made ordering a tedious process, and every order had to be hand-entered into their ERP system. To produce an eCommerce ecosystem that allows for category-wide price breaks and discounts across ~2000 products required creative problem-solving. Ideal operation was defined and showcases a complete automation of payment processing, inventory management; shipping, handling, logistics, etc. This is managed by a custom integration of their eCommerce and ERP system developed by Moonlight in conjunction with BigCommerce and Bizowie.
